What we collect
When you book an appointment or send a message we collect your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, and whatever you tell us about the job. That is all we ask for and all we keep.
We do not ask for payment details through this website. No card number is ever entered here, because payment is taken after the work is done.
What we use it for
Contacting you about your appointment, turning up at the right address, bringing the right parts, and invoicing you afterwards. Nothing else.
We do not sell your information, share it with lead generation companies, or pass it to anybody else for marketing. A two person plumbing business has no reason to and no interest in doing so.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for seven years, which is what we need for tax and for warranty claims. If you ask us to delete your details and there is no live warranty or outstanding invoice, we will.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party tracking scripts. Nothing you do here is shared with an advertising network. That is why there is no cookie banner interrupting you.
If analytics are added in future to understand which pages are useful, they will be configured without personal identifiers and this page will be updated.
Your rights in California
California residents have rights under the CCPA to know what personal information a business has collected, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Since we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but the right to know and to delete applies and we will honor it.
