Pick a time that is
actually open.
This is Ron's real schedule, not a request form. Weekdays run 7 to 5. Saturday takes four jobs booked in advance. Sunday is held for emergencies, so it will not offer you a slot, and that is deliberate.

- What you need
- Day and time
- Your details
What do you need doing?
This sets how much of Ron's day gets held for you, so pick the closest match. If none of them fit, choose the general service call and describe it later.
Not sure what is wrong? Book the free consultation. Ron comes out for thirty minutes, tells you what it needs, and you owe nothing whether or not you book the work.
Pick a day first
That is booked.
You are down for . Cassie will call to confirm and to check Ron has everything he needs on the van. If anything changes at your end, ring (209) 278-4781.
Before we arrive
Clear the space around whatever is being worked on, put any pets somewhere safe, and if you know where your main shutoff is, it saves a few minutes to have it findable.
If it gets worse in the meantime
Do not wait for the appointment. Shut the water off and call (209) 278-4781. We would rather move the booking forward than turn up to a bigger problem.
WHAT EACH APPOINTMENT COVERS
How much of the day gets held for you.
Picking the right job type matters, because it decides how long Ron blocks out. Choosing a one hour service call for a water heater replacement does not make the water heater faster, it just means the rest of his day has to move. If you are not sure, pick the free consultation and let him look first.
| Appointment type | Time held | What it covers | What it costs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free consultation | 30 min | Ron looks at the job, tells you what it needs and what it will cost. Nothing is fixed on this visit. | No charge |
| General service call | 1 hr | Faucets, running toilets, angle stops, hose bibbs, disposals, a single slow drain, small repairs. | $175 minimum |
| Drain or sewer | 2 hr | Cabling a fixture or a main line, jetting a grease packed kitchen run, camera inspection. | $175/hr |
| Fixture install | 2 hr | Faucet, toilet, disposal or a short list of small fittings done in one visit rather than three. | $175/hr |
| Gas line work | 2 hr | Appliance hookups, short new runs, leak and pressure testing. Longer runs get quoted after a consultation. | $175/hr |
| Water heater | 4 hr | Drain down, removal, new unit set and connected, gas and water made up, vented, strapped, filled and tested. | Priced on tank size |
Got a list rather than one job? Say so in the notes when you book. Ron would far rather work through six small things in one two hour visit than charge you three separate one hour minimums across three separate weeks.
HOW THE SCHEDULE WORKS
Why some days will not let you book.
Monday to Friday
7:00am to 5:00pm. Appointments start on the hour, and the last start is set so the job finishes inside the day. Same day booking needs two hours' notice so Ron can route it into the run he is already on.
Saturday
Four jobs, and they have to be booked in advance. Once those four are gone the rest of Saturday is held open for emergency calls. That is Ron's own rule and the booking form enforces it, which is why Saturday will not appear if you are trying to book it that morning.
Sunday
Emergency cover only. No regular appointments, no exceptions, and the calendar will not offer you a slot. The phone is still answered. If your Sunday problem can wait, book Monday and pay the ordinary rate.
A note on honesty. This calendar shows availability against Ron's working pattern. It is not wired into a live job list, so on a busy week Cassie may ring to shuffle a time. If that happens you will hear about it well before the day, not on the doorstep.
AFTER YOU HIT CONFIRM
Four things happen next.
None of them involve you chasing anybody.
You get a confirmation
On screen straight away, with the option to drop the appointment into your own calendar so it does not get forgotten.
Cassie calls to check the details
Usually the same working day. She is confirming the address, the access and, most importantly, what the job actually is, so Ron loads the right parts rather than making a trip to the supplier halfway through your appointment.
Ron calls before he sets off
So you know he is on the way and roughly when he will be with you. You are not sitting in for a four hour window wondering.
The work gets done, then you pay
You see the parts before they go in and you get told if the job is running past what was expected. Payment is due at the end, by card, check or transfer.
Prefer to just talk to somebody?
Ring (209) 278-4781. Cassie answers, books it in, and you are done in two minutes.
